You have decided to start a diet with watermelon. This means that you should eat watermelon all the time, without exception of the night. Watermelon diet lasts five days and this period is enough to rid your body of toxins, excess water, salts, weight and other problems.
You'll have to eat watermelon all day if you want to lose weight. 1 kg of watermelon for every 10 kilograms of your personal weight, which means that if you weigh 60 kg you need 6 kg of watermelon, and if you are 85 you must eat 8.5 kg per 24 hours.
Within a period of 5 days you have to eat watermelon one hour before your meal consisting of light food.
