A cucumber diet

Start the day with a glass of water - 150-200 ml.
After 15-20 minutes - breakfast. The basic rules are: breakfast should not exceed 200 calories, do not eat any bakery products other than a slice of black bread. Any kind of sausage is strictly forbidden here. You can eat some cottage cheese, an egg, a piece of fish and some milk.
Get yourselves 1 kg of cucumbers for the day. Cut them into chunks and pour 30 grams dietary fat mayonnaise or sour cream. You can also use olive oil but only up to 10 grams. You can also add some salt, parsley, dill or other fresh herb.
Cucumber amount should be divided into 3 doses - between 12:00 - 01:00 p.m.; between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and between 7:00 p.m. - 08:00 p.m.
If you are very hungry, you can have some fruits in the evening, but be careful not to exceed 100 calories.
Coffee and tea should be consumed without sugar. Drink plenty of water.
It is recommended that this diet should only be used by healthy people. You can apply it once a month with a duration of 7 days at the maximum.
